Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Store Manager to oversee our entire Amazon presence, driving sales, optimizing product listings, and managing inventory to achieve ambitious revenue targets. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our Amazon store’s success, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve conversion rates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will meticulously analyze performance data, identify market trends, and implement data-driven decisions to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including Seller Central, advertising platforms (AMS), and various listing optimization tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring smooth and efficient store management. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling copy, high-quality images, A+ content, and relevant keywords for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze Amazon performance metrics, sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Oversee inventory management, forecasting demand, and coordinating with supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high seller ratings and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Stay current with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and new features to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing an Amazon store (Seller Central).
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including listing optimization, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Amazon Business Reports).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve KPIs on Amazon.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Certifications in Amazon Advertising or related e-commerce platforms.
