Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials as instructed.
- Cut, thread, and assemble pipes using various hand and power tools.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Learn to identify different types of pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from senior plumbers accurately.
- Assist with trenching and excavation for underground pipe installations.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide general labour support as required to ensure project completion.
- Continuously learn and develop plumbing skills through practical experience and observation.
