Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee accurate stock movement within the warehouse.
- Process orders, prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, waybills), and arrange for dispatch.
- Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, and couriers to negotiate rates and schedule pickups/deliveries.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring data integrity and reporting compliance.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures related to warehousing, safety, and delivery operations.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to optimize routes, manage inventory, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination and meet delivery targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehousing, and transportation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external liaison.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
