As a Media Buying Coordinator, you will work closely with our media strategists, account managers, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on management of ad placements, monitoring campaign performance, and making real-time adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. You’ll be responsible for the accurate setup, trafficking, and performance tracking of all paid media activities, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, programmatic display, and native advertising.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments and optimizations to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, generate performance reports, and extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with media strategists and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Manage ad budgets, pacing, and reconciliation processes accurately.
- Identify new media buying opportunities and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams regarding campaign status and results.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
