Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, CFA designation or progress towards certification.
