Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on picking lists or scanner instructions.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality of items before packing or staging.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure daily picking and operational targets are met.
- Prepare completed orders for shipment or further processing, ensuring proper labeling and staging.
