Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls for employees.
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll data, including timesheets, leave requests, and employee changes.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws (e.g., CPF), and company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips, and address employee queries regarding payroll matters with professionalism.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential payroll records and documentation in accordance with data protection guidelines.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting to ensure data integrity.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to payroll and employee records.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes accurately within the payroll system.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1.5 years) in a payroll administration or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore's labor laws, CPF regulations, and income tax requirements.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with integrated HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and basic data analysis.
