Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, leveling, and applying waterproofing membranes.
- Accurately measure and cut tiles using hand and power tools to fit specific areas and designs.
- Apply adhesives, mortar, and grout uniformly and professionally, ensuring proper coverage and finish.
- Install various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and mosaic, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and leveling.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and adherence to specifications, making necessary adjustments for perfection.
- Perform grouting and sealing work, ensuring a clean, waterproof, and durable finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications and material requirements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and offer expert advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and stored.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide expert advice on tile selection, maintenance, and repair to clients as needed, enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Proven proficiency in cutting, laying, and grouting various tile types with high precision.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
