Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.
- Organize and maintain a meticulous database of artist submissions, demos, and scouting reports.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of artist contracts, deal memos, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise professionally with artists, managers, producers, legal counsel, and other external partners.
- Manage departmental expenses, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for recording sessions, video shoots, and promotional events as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and artist profiles using various software applications.
- Act as a central point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and research tasks to support A&R initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all artist and business-sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or creative industry.
