Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products or services with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Contribute to team goals by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product expertise.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
