Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of organizational budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Process payroll and ensure timely submission of all associated taxes and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain robust financial records and documentation for all transactions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced skills).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
