Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school on a designated morning route.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bus environment for all passengers.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, school district policies, and safety regulations.

Required Skills
- Valid Class BCE (or equivalent Kenyan) driver's license with PSV endorsement.
- Clean driving record with no major infractions.
- Proven ability to safely operate a school bus or similar large vehicle.
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage student behavior effectively.
- Exceptional punctuality and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a school bus driver or public transport driver.
