Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding customer data, privacy, and service level agreements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
