Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to understand candidate availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes within specific industries.
- Craft engaging and personalised outreach messages to attract top talent and effectively communicate career opportunities.
- Perform initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client account teams to define job requirements, understand team dynamics, and refine search strategies.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment progress.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate summaries and present qualified shortlists to clients in a timely manner.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, recruitment trends, and new sourcing technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR Recruiter, Talent Sourcing, or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, ATS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
