Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and meticulously maintain both electronic and physical legal files and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Draft, rigorously review, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established legal standards and firm templates.
  • Conduct initial legal research and gather relevant information for cases, projects, and regulatory inquiries as directed by legal professionals.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive legal reports, impactful presentations, and concise summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain highly efficient document control systems and protocols to ensure version control and data integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court filings, diligently ensuring all critical deadlines are met without fail.
