Job Description
Médine Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong focus on Performance and Growth to join our dynamic team in Souillac, Savanne District. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance across various departments and clusters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor strategic objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover business opportunities and potential risks.
- Translate complex data sets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure data integrity.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support business case development for new initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on business performance, growth opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and propose adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience in performance analysis, growth strategy, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate).
- Experience within the real estate, agriculture, education, or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python for data analysis).
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
