Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Handle office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or reports as requested by the executive team.
- Support new employee onboarding processes, including preparing workstations and introductory materials.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
