Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and learning aids.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instructional support to students under the teacher's direction.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and non-instructional periods (e.g., recess, lunch).
