Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all required training modules for driving instruction, including theoretical lessons and practical vehicle control.
- Shadow experienced driving instructors during lessons, observing effective teaching techniques, communication strategies, and practical demonstrations.
- Assist senior instructors with lesson preparation, vehicle checks, and maintaining a clean and safe learning environment.
- Gradually take on supervised practical driving lessons with students under the guidance of a certified instructor, building confidence and teaching skills.
- Learn and apply Career.zycto's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and safety protocols consistently.
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Maintain an exemplary driving record and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and road safety at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, assess their progress, and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
Required Skills
- Valid Mozambican driving license (Category B or higher) for at least 3 years, with a clean driving record.
- Excellent driving skills and a deep understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping others learn and succeed.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
