Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and investigating deviations from budget/forecast.
- Support the monthly financial close process by providing timely and accurate financial data and reconciliations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the FP&A function.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in all analyses and reports.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
