Career.zycto is seeking an exceptionally organised and enthusiastic A&R Administrator to join our dedicated team in Brockham, Dorking. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Manage and organise the influx of demo submissions, ensuring proper logging, categorisation, and distribution to relevant A&R personnel.
  • Maintain and update artist databases, project trackers, and contract information with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, studio sessions, and showcases, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Act as a key liaison for communication between artists, managers, producers, and internal departments.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents crucial for artist development and A&R strategy.
  • Conduct basic research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive landscapes as requested by A&R managers.
  • Handle general office duties, ensuring a tidy and efficient working environment for the A&R department.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for music and a working knowledge of current music industry trends.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
