Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, providing a welcoming and hospitable first impression.
  • Safely and efficiently handle guest luggage, packages, and other belongings upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring items are delivered promptly and securely.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
  • Coordinate effectively with the front desk and other hotel staff to facilitate guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel policies and safety procedures, especially concerning guest belongings and physical handling.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their overall experience.
  • Report any security concerns or unusual situations to appropriate management immediately.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Portuguese preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
