Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced window cleaners with setup and takedown of equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear.
- Learn and apply various window cleaning techniques for different types of windows and surfaces.
- Handle and maintain cleaning tools and solutions according to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching to access windows.
- Follow instructions diligently and ask clarifying questions to ensure task completion.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and safety briefings.
