We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our learning initiatives, both internally for our growing team and externally for our diverse clientele. As the Director of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and operational needs. You will assess current and future training requirements, design innovative learning programs, and implement effective delivery methods to ensure our employees and clients are equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape. This encompasses everything from leadership development and technical skills training to compliance and soft skills workshops.

You will act as a thought leader, staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies in learning, and adult learning theories to continuously evolve our offerings. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D interventions, demonstrating ROI, and making data-driven adjustments to programs. Furthermore, you will manage vendor relationships, oversee the L&D budget, and build a high-performing L&D team if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees and clients.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs across various formats (e.g., e-learning, workshops, coaching).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using key metrics and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals (if applicable).
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Stay current with L&D trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives into overall talent management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements in training.
