Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, objectives, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including themes, concepts, timelines, vendor recommendations, and detailed budget breakdowns.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (caterers, venues, decorators, photographers, entertainment, A/V, etc.) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Create detailed event schedules, layouts, and logistical plans, ensuring seamless coordination on the day of the event.
- Manage all financial aspects of event planning, including invoicing, payments, and meticulous budget tracking.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements align with the client's vision and professional standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise before or during an event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
