Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings on our Shopify store, including writing compelling descriptions, uploading high-quality images, and ensuring accurate product specifications.
- Monitor and update product inventory levels, flagging discrepancies and coordinating with the inventory team to ensure stock accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional, and helpful manner, resolving issues and providing product information.
- Support the marketing team by assisting with content updates on product pages, blog posts, and promotional banners.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on the website to ensure all links, images, and functionalities are working correctly.
- Assist with basic data entry and reporting related to sales, website performance, and customer feedback.
- Help manage and organize digital assets, including product photos and marketing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the online store experience.
- Stay updated on Shopify best practices and e-commerce trends to suggest improvements.
