Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold all types of linen, uniforms, and guest/client garments.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and irons, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect items for stains and damage, applying appropriate stain removal techniques and reporting irrecoverable damages.
- Monitor and manage laundry supplies, including detergents, softeners, and stain removers, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Ensure timely delivery or storage of laundered items.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of laundry machines and the laundry area.
- Handle delicate garments and special requests with care and precision.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role.
