Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support to management and staff.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll input and benefits enrollment.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Facilitate HR training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
