Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and reflective of our company's standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Manage access control and visitor registration procedures.
- Act as a central point of contact for general inquiries and provide accurate information.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (minimum 12 months).
