Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through features and functionalities.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting colleagues and participating in team meetings.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative (minimum 1 year)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
