Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all training programs, workshops, and events, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, catering, and material preparation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and vendors regarding training inquiries and logistics.
  • Oversee participant registration, attendance tracking, and communication, including sending invitations, reminders, and follow-up information.
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage training materials, ensuring they are current, accurate, and readily available.
  • Administer pre- and post-training surveys and evaluations, compiling feedback to assess program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) or training databases with accurate course information and participant records.
  • Manage training budgets, process invoices, and track expenses related to program delivery.
  • Support the development and improvement of training processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to curriculum planning.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a training, HR, or event management context.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software/systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
