Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, identify, and sign new musical talent across various genres through live shows, online platforms, and industry networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry professionals.
- Evaluate demo submissions, track emerging trends, and provide detailed analytical feedback on artistic potential and market viability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, production) on artist development plans and release strategies.
- Attend industry events, showcases, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest music trends and expand network.
- Assist with the negotiation of artist contracts and ensure compliance with label agreements.
- Provide creative guidance and support to artists throughout their development process.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on scouting activities, artist evaluations, and market analysis.
