Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships with companies seeking global talent.

Required Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within recruitment or HR services.
- Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in a sales or business development role.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
