Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and employee growth.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics and feedback, continuously refining offerings for maximum impact.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Utilize modern learning technologies and platforms to deliver engaging and accessible content.
- Mentor and guide a team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale L&D programs
