Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, identify, and evaluate emerging musical talent across various genres.
- Attend live performances, showcases, and music industry events in Bear Creek, Kenai, and surrounding regions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry professionals.
- Review and assess demo submissions, online portfolios, and social media presence of potential artists.
- Prepare comprehensive talent reports, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and commercial viability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, production) to facilitate artist development and signing processes.
- Stay informed about current music trends, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer preferences.
- Negotiate and finalize artist deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and artist aspirations.
- Provide creative feedback and guidance to artists during their development phase.
