Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate, and execute comprehensive strategic sales operations plans that directly align with Freda Rebecca’s corporate objectives and ambitious growth targets.
- Systematically optimize existing sales processes, methodologies, and technological tools to dramatically improve efficiency, enhance team productivity, and boost sales funnel conversion rates.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and robust professional development.
- Oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of CRM systems and other essential sales technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, accurate performance tracking, and the generation of actionable strategic insights.
- Develop highly accurate sales forecasts, strategically manage sales territories, and establish rigorous performance metrics to effectively monitor and report on overall sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department on budgeting, meticulously designing commission plans, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition to maintain financial integrity and incentive alignment.
- Partner strategically with the marketing department to ensure that all lead generation strategies are highly effective and seamlessly integrated into the sales process for optimal results.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and invaluable customer feedback to proactively identify opportunities for sales improvement and strategic market expansion.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations, national laws, and internal company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related analytical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive, demonstrable experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
- Proven, verifiable track record of success in strategically developing and implementing sales operations frameworks that have demonstrably driven revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Expert-level proficiency in leading CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced sales analytics tools.
