Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout and identify emerging musical talent across various genres through live shows, online platforms, and industry networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry contacts.
- Evaluate artistic potential, commercial viability, and market trends to recommend new signings.
- Attend showcases, concerts, and industry events regularly to stay abreast of new talent and industry shifts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on potential artists, including market analysis and development strategies.
- Collaborate with legal and business affairs teams on artist contracts and negotiations.
- Support signed artists in their creative development, from song selection to recording and production.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for Career.zycto to expand its artist roster.
- Work closely with marketing and promotion teams to strategize artist launches and campaigns.
