Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records and employee databases (HRIS).
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Support payroll administration by compiling and submitting relevant employee data.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including grievance handling and performance management support.
  • Organize and coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
