Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a positive public image of Career.zycto as an employer of choice.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, recruitment technologies, and legal compliance relevant to talent acquisition.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Lever).
- Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with candidates and hiring managers across different levels.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles within the tech or startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with global recruitment practices and diverse talent markets.
