Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all incoming demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback.
- Maintain and update comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and project trackers.
- Coordinate and schedule recording sessions, artist meetings, industry showcases, and travel arrangements.
- Assist A&R managers with administrative tasks, including expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Handle sensitive contractual documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Act as a primary liaison between artists, management, and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication.
- Research and identify emerging artists, trends, and industry opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for A&R meetings and pitches.
- Provide general administrative support to the A&R department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
