Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings of various lengths and complexities.
  • Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure grammatical correctness, proper punctuation, and accurate spelling.
  • Identify and differentiate between multiple speakers in recordings.
  • Apply accurate timestamps to critical moments or speaker changes as per project requirements.
  • Adhere to specific formatting guidelines and client instructions for each transcription project.
  • Manage multiple transcription tasks efficiently to meet designated deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security for all sensitive client information.
  • Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional listening comprehension and attention to detail
