Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including soil preparation, planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring crops receive adequate water at appropriate times.
- Participate in general farm maintenance, including fence repair, cleaning, and upkeep of farm premises and machinery.
- Monitor crop health, identify common pests or diseases, and report any concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and agricultural best practices diligently.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with team members to achieve daily and seasonal farming goals.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.

- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in a farming or agricultural setting.

- Experience operating small farm machinery (e.g., tillers, pumps, basic tractors).
- Valid driver's license (tractor operating experience would be a significant advantage).
