Key Responsibilities

- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to create compelling campaigns that support talent acquisition initiatives and broader company goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all social media content aligns with Career.zycto’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.
- Support the development of content calendars and contribute creative ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting abilities for diverse audiences.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar, to create visually appealing content.
- Ability to analyze social media data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
