Job Description

A highly strategic role, the Director of Learning & Development will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth across Career.zycto. This leadership position demands a visionary professional capable of designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive L&D strategies that align directly with our organizational objectives and future talent needs. You will be at the forefront of identifying skill gaps, developing innovative training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure our employees are equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to excel in an evolving professional landscape.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with various department heads, senior management, and HR partners to understand specific business challenges and translate them into actionable learning solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments and levels.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative and engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, blended).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using various metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team.
  • Implement and manage learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to identify leadership development needs and succession planning strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership in Learning & Development or Human Resources roles.
