Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across various resort areas, including common spaces, guest rooms, and recreational facilities.
- Support food and beverage operations, including serving guests, setting up dining areas, and assisting with kitchen duties as needed.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, recreation) to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.
- Handle guest luggage and belongings with care, assisting with transportation within the resort premises.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the resort.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering strong teamwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations.

- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Yoruba, Igbo) is a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
