Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they meet health and hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or damage.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed.
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
