Key Responsibilities
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other resort-specific payment options, ensuring security and compliance.
- Provide exceptional and attentive customer service, assisting guests with product information, pricing, and general inquiries about resort offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area at all times, including the POS counter and surrounding displays.
- Reconcile daily sales transactions and accurately balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the resort.
