Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors in the restaurant, bar, and dining areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces regularly.
- Empty and clean waste bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms within the restaurant and common areas.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils as needed, operating dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, pantries, and food preparation surfaces.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks during off-peak hours or as scheduled.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform cleaning duties effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their safe use.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

- Local residency in Qacha’s Nek or surrounding areas.
