Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning strategies that align with our strategic business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You will be instrumental in identifying critical skill gaps, developing innovative training programs, and leveraging cutting-edge methodologies to empower our employees at all levels.

The Director of Learning & Development will drive the evolution of our organizational capabilities, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to achieve peak performance and adapt to an ever-changing professional landscape. This includes everything from leadership development and technical skills training to compliance education and personal growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
  • Conduct thorough organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities across various departments and employee levels.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, coaching programs, and blended learning solutions.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP, etc.).
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of L&D initiatives.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, and departmental managers to ensure L&D programs meet specific business unit needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously innovate our offerings.
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops for various audiences when required.
  • Ensure all learning programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, or a relevant HR/L&D discipline.
  • Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with talent management software and performance management systems.
