Job Description
As the Director of Learning & Development at Career.zycto, you will be a pivotal leader, entrusted with the strategic vision, design, and execution of comprehensive learning and development initiatives that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a small team, acting as a mentor and guide, while also collaborating closely with senior leadership, HR, and departmental heads to integrate L&D strategies seamlessly into our operational fabric. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and future growth plans.
- Design, deliver, and manage a wide range of innovative L&D programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and career pathing.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements across the organization and among potential client needs.
- Oversee the evaluation of L&D programs, measuring effectiveness, ROI, and impact on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and external training resources effectively.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth throughout the company.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management and succession planning efforts.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities in Learning & Development.
- Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
